Placing an Order

When placing an order you will have the option of either creating an account, or skipping this step and proceeding directly to checkout. If you create an account, your information will be saved, making future orders faster & easier. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and the SKU of the products you have selected. Please save or print this as your official receipt. Unlike other fastener suppliers, Marshall’s allows you to purchase the exact quantity you need – no minimum. Orders that total less than $20.00 will be assessed a $5 servicing fee.

Shipping/Cancellations, Damages & Returns

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Should you decide to cancel your order we will gladly attempt to process the cancellation. An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at (858) 271-5395. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Call our customer service department at (858) 271-5395 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returned items will be inspected to see that they are clean, unused, and include all original packaging. Freight charges are not refundable. No returns on cutting tools or “specially ordered” non-stock items.

Back Orders

Periodically an unusual or overwhelmingly popular item may be on backorder status. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, a customer service specialist will promptly notify you and provide you with options to fulfill your order.

Credit Cards Accepted & Credit Card Security

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. If we are unable to secure authorization, a Marshall’s customer service specialist will contact you.

We encrypt all of your personal information including your credit card number when it is sent over the internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode an unbroken key or lock icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the window. If for some reason you do not see these symbols, please check the URL link that should read “https” which indicates that the transaction is secure.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax.
